Hummus Recipe

Chick pea paste/ dip. Great substitue for Mayonaisse.

Ingredients
15 ounce chick peas
1 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon Cumin
2 tbs. of Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Cilantro
Directions
Put all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth or desired consistancy is reached.
