| 1 | lb ground beef |
| 2 | cup cheddar cheese |
| 1 | head lettuce |
| 1 | onion chopped |
| 1/2 | cup olives |
| 2 | tomato |
| 2 | tortillas |
| 2 | cups salsa |
- put beef on low heat to brown
- divide lettuce into 4 wedges
- shred lettuce wedges individually onto 4 plates
- chop tomatoes and onion
- put .25 cup cheese in center half of lettuce on each plate
- divide onion, place on top of cheese
- put 4 oz drained beef, while still hot on top of onions
- with large spoon press down and out lightly while spreading out meat
- garnish with remining cheese and olives
- top with salsa
