EAT FOR YOUR BLOOD TYPE O

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons olive oil (I use a lot)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 red peppers
1 carrot, sliced thin (optional for color)
1 ounce can tomato sauce
1 ounce can diced tomatoes
1 cup rice or quinoa
2 teaspoons chili powder, rounded
Directions
  1. How to make it:

  2. Start the rice or quinoa cooking. I use a rice cooker for both.

  3. Chop the onion and peppers, and slice the carrot.

  4. Brown meat in large covered skillet on medium heat.

  5. Drain liquid from the skillet.

  6. Add the olive oil, chopped onions and peppers to the skillet and stir to distribute the oil.

  7. Cover and let cook until the onions look cooked.

  8. Add the 2 cans of tomatoes.

  9. Add the chili powder.

  10. When vegetables are cooked to your liking add the rice or quinoa to the skillet and stir.

  11. Serve.
