Low Fat Sweet Kugel Recipe

Low fat sweet kugel - only sour cream, no cottage cheese

Ingredients
12 ounces wide noodles
4 cups 1% milk
4 large eggs
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 cup reduced fat sour cream
2 tbsp cup low fat unsalted butter
1/3 cup splenda
4 cups corn flakes
2 tbsp brown sugar splenda blend
Directions
Put noodles in pan. Whisk eggs, sour cream, sugar and butter (melted and cooled). Add milk until smooth. Pour mixture over noodles. Let sit for 5 mins. Combine crushed corn flakes and brown sugar blend and sprinkle over the top. Put in oven at 350 for about an hour. Cut and serve.
