Low fat sweet kugel - only sour cream, no cottage cheese
| 12 | ounces wide noodles |
| 4 | cups 1% milk |
| 4 | large eggs |
| 1 | cup fat free cottage cheese |
| 1 | cup reduced fat sour cream |
| 2 | tbsp cup low fat unsalted butter |
| 1/3 | cup splenda |
| 4 | cups corn flakes |
| 2 | tbsp brown sugar splenda blend |
Put noodles in pan. Whisk eggs, sour cream, sugar and butter (melted and cooled). Add milk until smooth. Pour mixture over noodles. Let sit for 5 mins. Combine crushed corn flakes and brown sugar blend and sprinkle over the top. Put in oven at 350 for about an hour. Cut and serve.Categories
