Raven's Hot Chicken Curry Recipe

Makes 1 serving


Lots of delicious cayenne.

Ingredients
1/4 lb chicken breast, diced
2 Peppers, Jalapeno - Raw
1 medium onion, sliced
1/4 cup water
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp curry powder
1 pinch kosher salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp saffron / turmeric powder
1/2 tsp black peppercorns
3 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup yoghurt
1 tsp green chili paste
Directions
  1. Combine spices with yoghurt and add chicken to marinate.

  2. Heat oil in cast iron skillet.

  3. Fry onions and peppers.

  4. Add green chili paste.

  5. Stir in water and chicken and marinade.

  6. Cook until chicken is done.

  7. Serve with ambe mohar rice.
