| 1/4 | lb chicken breast, diced |
| 2 | Peppers, Jalapeno - Raw |
| 1 | medium onion, sliced |
| 1/4 | cup water |
| 1 | tsp olive oil |
| 2 | tsp curry powder |
| 1 | pinch kosher salt |
| 1/2 | tsp garlic powder |
| 1/2 | tsp cumin powder |
| 1/2 | tsp saffron / turmeric powder |
| 1/2 | tsp black peppercorns |
| 3 | tsp cayenne pepper |
| 1/4 | cup yoghurt |
| 1 | tsp green chili paste |
- Combine spices with yoghurt and add chicken to marinate.
- Heat oil in cast iron skillet.
- Fry onions and peppers.
- Add green chili paste.
- Stir in water and chicken and marinade.
- Cook until chicken is done.
- Serve with ambe mohar rice.
