| 600 | g broiled liver |
| 1 | cup tomato, sliced |
| 1/3 | cup onion, diced |
| 2/3 | cup green pepper |
| 1/2 | tsp olive oil |
| 2 | vegetable stock cubes |
| 1/2 | tsp garlic |
| 1 | cup green beans |
| 1/2 | cup water |
- pan fry onion and gralic using olive oil
- add liver and brown
- mix all ingredients and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until liver is thoroughly cooked
- serve with boiled boiled potatos or rice
