1/2 banana
6 oz grape juice
1 tbs Wheat germ
Directions
  1. Add in a Blender or a Magic Bullet )preferred)

  2. strawberries

  3. banana (half of a 7 inch long banana)

  4. grape juice (Welchs)

  5. Wheat germ (Kretschmer Original Toasted)

  6. Blend well, chill, drink
