Steph's Guacamole

Makes 4 servings

This is the best guacamole recipe ever and extremely easy to make. Even though I use the following recipe as my benchmark, I always add more ingredients to the bowl until it satifies my taste. Experiment! Enjoy!

Ingredients
4 avocados, small
1/2 cup onions
1 cup tomatoes
2 peppers, jalapeno
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 tbsp cilantro
1 1/2 tbsp salt
Directions
  1. Remove rind of avocado, dice avocado meat and place in bowl.

  2. Chop onions, tomatoes, and jalapeno peppers and place in bowl. Mix ingredients.

  3. Add cilantro and salt into bowl. Mix.

  4. Roll fresh lime and then sqeeze juice into bowl. Mix.

  5. Refridgerate until chilled.

  6. Enjoy!!!
