I usually have the ingredients for this laying around so it is quick and filling lunch.
| 1 | garlic clove, chopped |
| 3 | tbsp chopped onion |
| 1 | tbsp oregano, Ground |
| 1 | tsp extra virgin olive oil |
| 400 | g Canned Whole Peeled Tomatoes |
| 3 | tbsp Tomato Paste |
| 1 | cup Canned Dark Red Kidney Beans, drained |
| 1 | tsp cumin |
| 1/2 | tsp ground cayenne pepper |
| 1/2 | tsp chicken bouillon, Dehydrated, Dry |
- Heat oil in pan on medium high heat and put in onions and sautee for about 1 minute.
- Add garlic clove and oregano and sautee for another minute.
- Add tomatoes and turn down heat to medium-low heat and crush tomatoes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir.
- Let simmer for at least 15 minutes until the spice are absorbed in the sauce.
