Brazilian Peanut Dessert
| 2 | egg yolks |
| 1 1/2 | cups sugar |
| 11 | serving |
| 100 | g peanuts |
| 300 | g |
| 3 1/2 | tbsp |
- Ingredients:
- - 2 egg yolks
- - 1.5 cups sugar
- - 250 g brazilian maisena cookies
- - 100 g peanuts, ground
- - 1 can Nestle table cream
- - 3.5 tbsp light butter Land O'Lakes
- Whip the butter and sugar together until it's smooth.
- Add the egg yolks and mix well.
- Add table cream and mix well.
- Add the peanuts and whisk just enough to fold it in.
- Dip the crackers in milk (without sogging it too much).
- Make a laywer of crackers on the bottom of a 9x9 cooking dish, then a layer of cream, until crackers and cream are gone. Repeat until everything is gone.
- Store in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.
- Makes 9 servings.
