High fiber, high protein dish that my kids love.
| 2 | lbs lean ground beef ,fried |
| 1 | cup garbanzo beans, pureed |
| 50 | g oat bran |
| 1/2 | cup water |
| 1/2 | cup corn |
| 1/2 | cup beans |
| 1/2 | cup peas |
| 3 | cups potatoes, mashed |
| 2 | tbsp margarine |
| 1 | tsp garlic |
| 1 | tsp chili powder |
| 1 | tsp dill |
- Fry beef until cooked, add oat bran and water and mix well. Add chickpea puree. cook on lo-med for 5-10 minutes. Place in 9x13 pan.
- Steam veggies. Put ontop of beef mixture.
- Top with mashed potatoes and season top of potatoes with garlic, chili powder and dill, dab with margarine.
- bake at 350 for 20 mins
