Sweet kugel - only sour cream, no cottage cheese

Ingredients

ounces wide noodles |
| 4 |
cups 2% milk |
| 5 |
large eggs |
| 1 |
cup sour cream reduced fat |
| 0.46 |
cup unsalted butter |
| 1/3 |
cup sugar |
| 1/3 |
cup splenda |
| 7 |
cups corn flakes |
| 1/2 |
cup brown sugar splenda blend |
Directions
- Put noodles in pan. Whisk eggs, sour cream, sugar and butter (melted and cooled). Add milk until smooth. Pour mixture over noodles. Let sit for 5 mins. Combine crushed corn flakes and brown sugar blend and sprinkle over the top. Put in oven at 350 for about an hour. Cut and serve.
