Spicy Turkey Chilli, very healthy
| 3 | lbs ground turkey |
| 3 | tbsp olive oil |
| 5 | chicken bouillon cubes |
| 3 | tbsp garlic |
| 3 | onions (chopped) |
| 2 | bell peppers (chopped) |
| 3 1/2 | cups celery |
| 2 | cans of tomato paste |
| 2 | cups kidney beans |
| 1 | tsp cayenne pepper (optional) |
Brown the ground turkey in a large soup pot and add the vegetables. Add celery, onions, and bell peppers to turkeyand cook on medium until translucent, approximately 5 minutes. Add tomato paste and kidney beans and simmer for 20 minutes until it thickens.Categories
