Ingredients
2 Bell Peppers
1 medium onion
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. Minced garlic
1 tsp. fennel seed
3 Roma tomatoes
Directions
Saute all ingredients in olive oil, til soft and soupy.
