Raven & Rayne's Fresh Pasta with Semolina

Makes 4 servings

Fresh semolina pasta.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups semolina flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the two flours.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients.

  3. Using a wooden spoon, combine until smooth. (Dough will be sticky)

  4. Cover and let relax for 30 minutes.

  5. Using flour as necessary, knead dough by hand for about 10 minutes.

  6. Roll out and cut as desired.
