BBQ Turkey from the slow roaster.

Ingredients
48 oz turkey
1 cup ketchup
1/4 c brown sugar
1 tsp dried mustard
1 c shallots
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker

  2. Cook for 4-6 hours (until done)

  3. shred Turkey

  4. serve
