| 2 | pound ground veal |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1/4 | c ketchup |
| 1 | cup oatmeal |
| 1/2 | cup chopped onions |
| 1 | cup chopped red peppers |
| 1 | medium carrot |
| 10 | oz frozen chopped spinach (drained) |
| 1/2 | teaspoon garlic powder |
| 1/2 | teaspoon onion powder |
| 1/4 | teaspoon salt |
| 1/2 | cup ketchup |
- chop up veggies and mix with spinach
- mix meat with eggs, oatmeal, spices, and 1/4 cup ketchup.
- mix in vegetables and put in 2 loaf pans (or one large pan)
- top with remaining 1/2 C ketchup.
- bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 F
