Scrambled eggs with Tofu
| 1 | egg |
| 1 | oz tofu |
| 1 | tsp butter |
| 1/16 | tsp salt |
- Heat frying pan to medium high
- add butter
- mash tofu into the pan and stir until hot (1 min)
- add beaten egg
- add that pinch of salt
- stir until egg is cooked (20 sec)
- serve
