Scrambled eggs with Tofu

Ingredients
1 egg
1 oz tofu
1 tsp butter
1/16 tsp salt
Directions
  1. Heat frying pan to medium high

  2. add butter

  3. mash tofu into the pan and stir until hot (1 min)

  4. add beaten egg

  5. add that pinch of salt

  6. stir until egg is cooked (20 sec)

  7. serve
