| 4 | cups whole milk |
| 1/2 | cup rice |
| 1/4 | teaspoon salt |
| 1 | egg |
| 1/3 | cup sugar |
| 1/2 | teaspoon Vanilla |
| 1/2 | teaspoon cinnamon |
- Cook rice and milk for 30 minutes.
- Mix sugar and egg together.
- Add 1\2 cup rice and milk to egg mixture to temper.
- Stir until thicken.
- Take off heat and add cinnamon and vanilla.
