Spelt Flour Sourdough Pizza Crust
| 3/4 | cup flour (actually use 1 1/2 cup sourdough starter) |
| 1 | T olive oil |
| 1 | t Salt |
| 1 | cup spelt flour |
| 1/2 | cup amaranth flour (or garbanzo bean) |
| 1 | tbsp nutritional yeast |
- Put starter, olive oil and salt in pan of bread machine. Top with flours and nutritional yeast. Allow to process 1 dough cycle.
- Once the dough has rested, roll out into a flat round pie-like shape.
- Pre-bake it for about 5 min.
- Cool it and then freeze it, or top it and finish baking.
