Spelt Sourdough Pizza Crust Recipe

Spelt Flour Sourdough Pizza Crust

Ingredients
3/4 cup flour (actually use 1 1/2 cup sourdough starter)
1 T olive oil
1 t Salt
1 cup spelt flour
1/2 cup amaranth flour (or garbanzo bean)
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Directions
  1. Put starter, olive oil and salt in pan of bread machine. Top with flours and nutritional yeast. Allow to process 1 dough cycle.

  2. Once the dough has rested, roll out into a flat round pie-like shape.

  3. Pre-bake it for about 5 min.

  4. Cool it and then freeze it, or top it and finish baking.
