Rick's basic hummus recipe created by trial and error. Yum!
| 1/4 | c garbanzo beans |
| 1/4 | t olive oil |
| 1/8 | t cumin |
| 1/8 | t cayenne pepper |
| 1 | clove garlic |
| 1/8 | t salt |
| 1/2 | t sesame oil |
| 1 | t lemon juice |
- prepare beans by soaking in water overnight and then cooking in crockpot.
- puree in food processor until smooth
- add spices and liquids and blend
- serve with Triscuit or celery
