Basic Hummus Recipe

Rick's basic hummus recipe created by trial and error. Yum!

Ingredients
1/4 c garbanzo beans
1/4 t olive oil
1/8 t cumin
1/8 t cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic
1/8 t salt
1/2 t sesame oil
1 t lemon juice
Directions
  1. prepare beans by soaking in water overnight and then cooking in crockpot.

  2. puree in food processor until smooth

  3. add spices and liquids and blend

  4. serve with Triscuit or celery
