Jam Tarts Recipe

Ingredients
110 g flour
110 g butter
13 tbsp strawberry jam
Directions
  1. Rub the butter into the sifted flour, until a dough is formed.

  2. Flour a surface and rollng pin, and roll flat.

  3. Cut out 9 circles, and place in a muffn baking tray or individual fol containers.

  4. Spoon in the jam - about 1 1/2 tbsp per tart.

  5. Cook in an oven 200c for about 25 minutes.
