- Rub the butter into the sifted flour, until a dough is formed.
- Flour a surface and rollng pin, and roll flat.
- Cut out 9 circles, and place in a muffn baking tray or individual fol containers.
- Spoon in the jam - about 1 1/2 tbsp per tart.
- Cook in an oven 200c for about 25 minutes.
