Chicken Salad Recipe

Makes 4 servings


Good to put on top of bed of spinach, or open face sandwich on wheat bread.

Ingredients
2 cups skinless chicken breast, cooked and cubed
1/3 cup
1 tsp curry powder
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1 dash white pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Let chill until flavors blend.

  3. Serve over bed of spinach or open face on toated wheat bread.
