Cottage Cheese Pancakes Recipe

Makes 13 servings


High Protein, low cal, tasty pancakes. Add Equal Sugar substitute for sweeter taste.

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
8 egg whites
1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
3/4 cup skim milk
1 cup nonfat yogurt
Directions
  1. Mix together dry ingredients

  2. Make a well in the center

  3. Mix together wet ingredients in seperate bowl

  4. Add wet to dry

  5. Stir until well-moistened

  6. Fry 1/4 cup over stove

  7. Flip after about two minutes until each side is golden brown
