| 1 1/4 | cup whole wheat flour |
| 1 | tsp baking powder |
| 1/2 | tsp ground cinnamon |
| 1/4 | tsp salt |
| 8 | egg whites |
| 1 | cup nonfat cottage cheese |
| 3/4 | cup skim milk |
| 1 | cup nonfat yogurt |
- Mix together dry ingredients
- Make a well in the center
- Mix together wet ingredients in seperate bowl
- Add wet to dry
- Stir until well-moistened
- Fry 1/4 cup over stove
- Flip after about two minutes until each side is golden brown
