Stacy's Strawberry Sorbet!

Makes 6 servings

Quick, healthy, and so delicious!

Ingredients
20 oz. (one bag) frozen strawberries
2 c Soy Milk
1/4 c sugar (to taste)
Directions
  1. In a food processer add 1/4 of the strawberries, a few dashes of milk and a little sugar.

  2. Keep adding ingredients (slowly) until you have a smooth, creamy texture.

  3. *Sorbet will stay soft in the freezer for a few hours, but it get's rock hard if left overnight. A few seconds in the microwave always seems to do the trick!*
