| 1 1/4 | cup old fashioned oats, ground to 1 cup flour |
| 1 | tbs baking powder |
| 1/2 | tsp baking soda |
| 1/8 | tsp salt |
| 3 | bananas, mashed |
| 1/4 | cup splenda |
| 1/4 | cup unsweetened applesauce |
| 1/4 | cup egg beaters |
| 1/2 | tsp vanilla extract |
Mix dry ingredients together, mix all other ingredients, then combine together until just moist. Divide into 12 cup muffin tin . Bake 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes (I did 17 min).Muffins will be on the smaller side but very moist and delicious.Categories
