I made some homemade ice cream for my son's birthday and needed to know just how bad it is for me!!!
| 1 1/2 | cups whole milk |
| 1 1/8 | cups granulated sugar |
| 3 | cups heavy cream |
| 1 1/2 | tbsp vanilla |
- Comine whole milk & sugar with mixer until dissolved
- add remaining ingredients and stir
- pour into ready ice cream machine (I have a Cuisinart) and freeze
- Makes about 7.5 cups (15 servings of 1/2 cup)
