Sausages cooked in Yorkshire pudding.
| 20 | oz Sausage meat |
| 4 | oz plain flour |
| 2 | medium eggs |
| 1/2 | pint milk |
| 1 | tbsp olive oil |
| 10 | oz broccoli |
| 5 | medium carrots |
| 5 | oz green beans |
- Make Yorkshire pudding mix:
- place flour in mixing bowl
- break the eggs into the flour
- add half the milk
- mix until smooth
- gradually add rest of milk
- heat large metal tin in oven
- cook sausages for 10 minutes
- Add Yorkshire mix over sausages
- cook for a further 10 - 12 minutes at 200C
- Boil veg as needed
- Serve.
