I use usually the bones of 2 whole chickens but they don't have this item in the database so I substituted this with chicken wings.
| 2 1/2 | cup Onion, sliced |
| 2 | cup Carrot, sliced |
| 2 | cup Zucchini, sliced |
| 1 1/2 | cup Kohlrabi, sliced |
| 3 | stalk celery, sliced |
| 1 | lb Chicken Wings, skinless |
| 3 | clove Garlic |
| 8 | cup Water |
- Clean and slice the vegetables.
- Remove skin from Chicken and place all ingredients into a large pot.
- Bring to boil then lower to simmer until all the vegetables and the meat is well cooked.
