Quick shake with frozen blueberries
| 1 | c. blueberries |
| 1 | large banana |
| 1/2 | c. yogurt |
| 1/8 | t. ground cloves |
| 1/8 | t. ground ginger |
| 1/2 | t. vanilla |
Put frozen blueberries, banana, yogurt and spices in blender. Add diet Fresca, 7Up, etc to make about 24 oz. Blend and serve. Tastes great. May need to add some sugar or sweetener to taste if blueberries are sour.Categories
