Oma's awesome mashed potaotes and barbecued ribs.
| 2 | lbs. beef back ribs |
| 2 | cups barbecue sauce |
| 1/4 | teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 | teaspoon black pepper |
| 6 | red potatoes |
| 8 | tablespoons butter |
| 1/4 | cup milk |
| 1 | tablespoon salt |
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over ribs.
- Bake ribs at 350 for 20 minutes or until desired doneness.
- Pour barbecue sauce over ribs.
- Bring 2 qts of water to a boil.
- Salt water.
- Clean potatoes under running water and drop in boiling water.
- Cook until fork tender.
- Drain off excess water. Pour potatoes into a bowl with milk and butter.
- Mix until creamy.
