Nice large tomatoes are needed to get the tuna salad in, or you can drop it around on some lettuce.
Or you could omit tomatoes and just serve salad on a bed of crisp lettuce. You might also substitute a canned or 1 1/2 c. chopped coooked white chicken for the tuna. Or, use green peppers instead of pickle relish. These options would affect the calorie count and perhaps the grade accordingly.

Ingredients

oz tuna, solid white albacore in water, a can, drained and broken into chunks |

g celery, a medium stalk chopped |

g onion, chopped fine, a lg. slice |

tbsp lemon juice |

lg hard cooked eggs, chopped |

c Hellmann's light mayonaise |

g sweet pickle relish 2 Tbsp |

g yellow mustard 2 tsp (optional) |

Directions
- Combine ingredients except for tomatoes, add some fresh cracked black pepper to taste, and cover and chill at least an hour.
- Scoop out pulp and seeds from tomatoes with a spoon.
- Serve tuna salad in shells or a bit of lettuce.
