| 12 | ounces sweet Italian sausage |
| 2 | cups low sodium, fat free chicken broth |
| 1 | cup carrots, chopped |
| 1 | cup celery diced |
| 4 | tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread |
- Fry sausage with non-stick cooking spray.
- Drain grease off of sausage.
- Moisten croutons over stove with chicken broth until moist on outside, crunchy on inside.
- Melt in butter.
- Mix in sausage, carrots, and celery.
- Place mixture in oven safe pan and cover with foil.
- Bake at 325 degrees until crispy on top.
