Rachel's Stuffing Recipe

A simple stuffing recipe.

Ingredients
141 7/10 grams Mrs. Cubbison's Fat Free Herb Seasoned croutons
12 ounces sweet Italian sausage
2 cups low sodium, fat free chicken broth
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup celery diced
4 tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread
Directions
  1. Fry sausage with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Drain grease off of sausage.

  3. Moisten croutons over stove with chicken broth until moist on outside, crunchy on inside.

  4. Melt in butter.

  5. Mix in sausage, carrots, and celery.

  6. Place mixture in oven safe pan and cover with foil.

  7. Bake at 325 degrees until crispy on top.
