Egg Bread Recipe

Egg Bread

Ingredients
4 Egg yolks
6 Egg whites
4 tbsp Plain yogurt
1 tsp Cream of Tartar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Beat egg whites with Cream of Tartar until very stiff. Mix together the sour cream and egg yolks with the seasonings. Gently fold the mixture together. Dump onto parchment lined cookie sheet and spread. Bake 30-40minutes. Slice into sizes you want and store in plastic bag in the fridge.
