Beef and Vegetable Hearty Stew
| 1 | tsp Vegetable oil |
| 300 | g Onions, chopped |
| 650 | g Stewing Beef, chopped 2cm cubes |
| 1200 | g Potatoes, thin sliced |
| 750 | g Carrots, thin sliced |
| 750 | g Leeks, chopped |
| 4 | litres Beef Stock (6 cubes & 4litres water) |
- Fry the beef in oil until browning
- Fry the onions until softening
- Add all other ingredients and bring to the boil
- Turn down to a simmer and cook for 30mins or until the root vegetable start to soften.
- Serve
