Beef Stew Lmv Recipe

Beef and Vegetable Hearty Stew

Ingredients
1 tsp Vegetable oil
300 g Onions, chopped
650 g Stewing Beef, chopped 2cm cubes
1200 g Potatoes, thin sliced
750 g Carrots, thin sliced
750 g Leeks, chopped
4 litres Beef Stock (6 cubes & 4litres water)
Directions
  1. Fry the beef in oil until browning

  2. Fry the onions until softening

  3. Add all other ingredients and bring to the boil

  4. Turn down to a simmer and cook for 30mins or until the root vegetable start to soften.

  5. Serve
