delcioius and easy to make
| 4 | eggs |
| 3/4 | cup cheddar cheese |
| 5 | mushrooms |
| 1 | small onion |
| 2 | cups spinach |
| 1 | cup skim milk |
| 1 | Pie Crust |
- sautee veggies together first
- mix milk, eggs, and a little bit of flour together
- add veggies and stir
- pour into pie crust
- cook until center is no longer liquid-y or mushy (firm)
- cool and serve!
