| 24 | oz boneless, skinless chicken breast halves |
| 1 | cup cranberry juice |
| 1 | cup water |
| 1 | cup fresh cranberries |
| 1/2 | cup splenda |
| 1/4 | tsp. pepper |
| 1 | tbsp. red wine vinegar |
| 1 | T corn starch |
| 1/4 | cup water |
- spray non stick skillet with PAM and brown chicken on each side add all other ingredients except corn starch and 1/4 C water
- Cook on low flame covered 20 min until chicken cutlets are cooked through.
- Add corn starch to 1/4 C water mix and add to chicken and sauce. cook 3-5 min more uncovered until thickened.
