Cranberry Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
24 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup water
1 cup fresh cranberries
1/2 cup splenda
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 T corn starch
1/4 cup water
Directions
  1. spray non stick skillet with PAM and brown chicken on each side add all other ingredients except corn starch and 1/4 C water

  2. Cook on low flame covered 20 min until chicken cutlets are cooked through.

  3. Add corn starch to 1/4 C water mix and add to chicken and sauce. cook 3-5 min more uncovered until thickened.
