Mom's Swiss Steak Recipe

Ingredients
18 oz beef, tenderloin
12 oz tomato paste
1 med onion
1 med green pepper
12 mushrooms
2 beef bouillon cubes
24 baby carrots
Directions
Mix all ingredients with water and place in oven or slow cooker. Cook 4-6hours at 350 degrees. Done when meat is tender and carrots are soft.
