Non Dairy Chocolate Pudding Recipe

Delicious chocolate pudding, without milk!

Ingredients
5 ounces tofu, silken
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
  1. Melt chocolate chips over double boiler on stove top or microwave 10-15 seconds on high.

  2. Blend tofu in food processor or blender add melted chocolate chips and blend well.

  3. Pour into dessert dishes,and chill for 30 to 60 minutes. So rich and chocolatey you won't miss the milk.
