Simple, Quick and Easy Vegatable Soup.
| 4 | tbsp Stock |
| 1 | pint water |
| 1200 | g Mixed Vegetables |
| 1 | potato |
- Cut the potato in half.
- Mix 4 tbsp of stock to a pint of boiling water in a jug.
- Put the mixed vegatables and cut up potato into a pan.
- Add the jug of stock to the pan.
- Cook on a medium to high heat for 20 mins.
- Using a blender blend the soup up until their are no more big pieces of vegatable.
- Serve.
