20 Min Vegatable Soup Recipe

Simple, Quick and Easy Vegatable Soup.

Ingredients
4 tbsp Stock
1 pint water
1200 g Mixed Vegetables
1 potato
Directions
  1. Cut the potato in half.

  2. Mix 4 tbsp of stock to a pint of boiling water in a jug.

  3. Put the mixed vegatables and cut up potato into a pan.

  4. Add the jug of stock to the pan.

  5. Cook on a medium to high heat for 20 mins.

  6. Using a blender blend the soup up until their are no more big pieces of vegatable.

  7. Serve.
