A basic and delicious outline for emptying the freezer and veggie drawer. Substitute any veggies you have in.

Ingredients

cups chicken broth |
| 1/2 |
cups chicken stock |
| 1 |
stalk celery, medium |
| 1 |
carrot, medium |
| 1/2 |
cup peas |
| 1/2 |
cup corn |
| 30 |
grams swiss chard |
| 100 |
grams broccoli |
| 1/4 |
cup barley |
Directions
- Chop all veggies and put all ingredients in a pot
- Bring to a boil
- Boil for about a half hour, or until the barley is soft
