Honey muffins made with coconut flour
| 3 | eggs |
| 2 | tbsp butter, melted |
| 2 | tbsp coconut milk |
| 3 | tbsp honey |
| 1/4 | tsp salt |
| 1/4 | tsp vanilla |
| 1/4 | tsp baking powder |
Blend together eggs, butter, coconut milk, honey salt, and vinilla. Combine cocnut flour with baking powder and thoroughly mix into batter until ther are no lumps. Pour batter into greased muffin cups. Bake at 4oo degrees F for 15 minutes.Categories
