Almond Cocoa Cookie
| 120 | g unsalted butter |
| 60 | g sugar |
| 1 | Salt to taste |
| 1 | egg yolk |
| 150 | g flour |
| 20 | g cocoa |
| 40 | g toasted almond |
- 1 ボウルにバターを入れ、柔らかくなるまで混ぜる。そこへ、粉砂糖、塩を加える。
- 2 卵黄を加えて混ぜ、薄力粉、ココアの1/3量を振るい入れ、混ぜ合わせる。
- 3 アーモンドを入れ、バランスよく混ざれば、残りの粉類をふるい、さっくり混ぜる。
- 4 2つに分け、円柱形の形に整えて、ラップに包み、冷凍庫で30分休ませる。(2本作る)
- 5 1cm幅にカットして、天板に並べる。180℃で15分焼く。
