Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups Recipe

These can also be made with peanuts, rice crisps, or bran flakes to give them crunch (from hungry-girl.com)

Ingredients
8 oz dessert topping
1/3 cup natural peanut butter
4 tbsp. sugar free chocolate syrup
Directions
  1. Line a 12-cupcake pan with cupcake holders, or spray pan with nonstick spray

  2. Using a whisk, combine 6oz of dessert whip into peanut butter

  3. Fold in remaining dessert whip

  4. Pour the mixture into cupcake tin evenly (approx. 2.5 tablespoons each)

  5. Top each cup with a dollop of sugar-free chocolate syrup (about 1 tsp.).

  6. Freeze. Enjoy.
