Chicken, green chilies, and rice
| 1 1/2 | pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts |
| 113 | g peppers, green chiles, canned |
| 1 | can cream of chicken soup (healthy request) |
| 1 | can chicken broth (low Sodium) |
| 1 1/2 | cup Minute rice |
| 1 | tsp. garlic, chopped |
- dice and cook chicken and garlic in non-stick pan until chicken is no longer pink,
- add soup, green chilies, broth and rice, simmer until rice is done. Makes 8 servings of 1 cup each. Quite tasty and filling!!
