Chicken Enchilada Casserole Recipe

Chicken, green chilies, and rice

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
113 g peppers, green chiles, canned
1 can cream of chicken soup (healthy request)
1 can chicken broth (low Sodium)
1 1/2 cup Minute rice
1 tsp. garlic, chopped
Directions
  1. dice and cook chicken and garlic in non-stick pan until chicken is no longer pink,

  2. add soup, green chilies, broth and rice, simmer until rice is done. Makes 8 servings of 1 cup each. Quite tasty and filling!!
