Gourmet's Choice Pizza - Crust Only Recipe

Makes 24 servings


This recipe makes 2 12" pizza crusts. Uses bread machine with dough/manual cycle. Portion is 1/12th of each 12" pizza. Bread Machine yeast,2 tsp, must be added to final recipe. Toppings are not included.

Ingredients
237 g Water, Tap 1 cup + 2 tsp
28 g olive oil, 2 tbsp
4 1/2 g salt, table 3/4 tsp
360 g flour, bread 3 cups
1 2/5 g basil, dried 2 tsp leaves [2003&size]
3 g garlic, raw finely minced 1clove
Directions
  1. Add dough ingrediients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer. Add 2 tsp FLEISCHMANN'S Bread Machinre Yeast. Select dough/manual cycle.

  2. When cycle is complete, remove dough from machine to a lightly floured surface. Divide into half, shape each into ball. Roll each to 12-inch circle. Place on greased pizza pans; form a standing rim by pinching the edge of the dough. Let dough rest 10 minutes. Prick dough with fork randomly.

  3. Parbake at 400 deg. F for 10 minutes. Remove from pans; place on wire cooling racks.

  4. Decorate with your favorite toppings/recipes and add that to calorie count!

  5. Bake on wire rack at 400 degrees F for 15 to 18 minutes or until crust is golden.
