| 2 | cup sugar |
| 6 | heaping tablespoon baking cocoa |
| 9 | tablespoons milk |
| 6 | tablespoon butter or margarine |
| 3 | teaspoon vanilla |
- Combine first 3 ingredients, cook to soft ball stage (235-240*F). Remove from heat, add butter (don't stir in.)
- Let cool to room temp (100*F or you can put your finger in w/o burning) and add vanilla.
- Beat vigorously until it loses gloss, eat out of pan or spread onto greased plate and cool till set, cut into pieces. Enjoy!
