Potatoe and French Bean Salad Recipe

Cold potatoe and bean salad with tomates and french vinaigrette

Ingredients
2 medium potatoes, boiled
3 small tomatoes
1 cup string beans, boiled
1/2 cup radicchio, raw
2 tblsp Dijon mustard
3 tblsp apple cider vinegar
3 tblsp olive oil
1/16 tsp salt
Directions
  1. Boil the potatoes and dice

  2. Boil the beans and cup in halves

  3. Dice the tomatoes and radicchio

  4. Make the vinaigrette

  5. combine vinegar, salt and mustard

  6. then add the oil

  7. Mix and serve
