Ingredients

lbs. new potatoes |
| 1/2 |
cup light mayonnaise |
| 1/2 |
cup fat-free sour cream |
| 1/4 |
cup fresh chives |
Directions
- Scrub potatoes and cut into bite-size pieces. Place in a large saucepan with just enough salted water to cover them. Place a lid on the pan and bring potatoes to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium. Cook just until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain well.
- Place in a large mixing bowl.
- Fold in mayonnaise, sour cream, chives, and salt.
- Chill.
