| 2 | lb potato |
| 7 | oz parsnips |
| 1 | onion |
| 1 | kg lamb |
| 3 | tbsp olive oil |
| 11 | oz carrots |
| 20 | fl oz beef stock |
| 2 | tbsp tomato puree |
| 2 | tbsp plain flour |
| 50 | ml whole milk |
| 2 | oz butter |
- boil potatoes and parsnips
- mash with butter and milk
- fry onions
- add carrots
- add lamb mince
- fry until brown then add flour
- add tomato puree, stock and herbs
- simmer for 5 minutes
- pour mince miture in oven dish, cover with mashed potato and bake in over for 20 minutes or until golden
